Open your account and choose the billing-management option to cancel through Stripe. Signing out does not cancel a subscription.

After playing it, choose “Report audio” (or “Report A”, “Report B” or “Report X” in a lesson) and select the issue. The report includes the exact recording so you don’t need to describe it.
I can’t sign in or find my progress.
Use the same Google account as before. Guest progress stays in the browser where you practiced; signed-in sessions save to your account. If something still looks wrong, tell us below.
